Why Tunne?
You already collect feedback. Tunne tells you what it means.
Surveys ask too late. Ratings never say why. Interviews don't scale. Tunne asks at the moment it happens, then finds out why, in the user's own words.

Six reasons
Built to find the cause, not count the complaints.
- The moment, not the memory.
Tunne asks when it happens, inside your product. Not in a monthly email about a moment the user forgot.
- One tap is the whole commitment.
The user taps a face. Everything after that is optional, and a tap alone still counts.
- An interviewer, not a form.
An AI asks short follow-ups based on what the user just said. It stops when there's nothing left to learn.
- Two axes, not a score.
Furious and blocked needs a different fix than quietly disappointed. Tunne tells them apart.
- Honest and private by design.
The AI says it's an AI on the first turn. Personal details are flagged. Nobody is asked more than once a month.
- It arrives where your team works.
Alerts and digests in Slack and Teams, routed to the squad that owns the flow. Claim and follow up without leaving Slack.
What Tunne isn't
It works next to your tools, not instead of them.
Your analytics shows what people do. Tunne explains why.
- Not a survey builder.
There are no questions to write. The tap and the interview are the survey.
- Not session replay.
Tunne doesn't record screens. It asks the person.
- Not a support desk.
The interviewer never promises fixes or answers tickets.
- Not an NPS score.
You get the balance of feelings and the themes behind them, not one number.
Questions
Will an AI interview annoy our users?
It only starts after a tap, it's short, and "Done" is on every turn. Each person is asked at most once every 30 days.
Does it replace our NPS survey?
It can. Tunne gives you the reaction at the moment and the reason behind it, which a yearly score can't.
How long does the install take?
Two script tags, or the typed npm package. You choose the moments to ask about in the workspace.
Does the widget match our product?
Yes. Colours, type, corners and spacing all follow your theme.
